Il y avait longtemps que je n'avais pas fait un camion de course...

Cette fois c'est plus une restauration car je part d'un modèle que j'ai monté quand j'étais enfant... soit il y a au moins 40 ans ! Shocked  le célèbre Super Boss...

Je l'ai démonté et je vais le remonter d'une autre couleur...

Au passage j'en ai fait un laboratoire d'essai pour la création de pièces de remplacement en impression 3D :

Les échappements, les roues, l'arceau cage, l'extincteur, la calandre, les supports de phares, le siège baquet sont toutes des pièces 3D modifiées ou créées par mes soins et imprimées sur ma petite imprimante

Il est très cool !
Perso j'aurais fait suivre les bandes la forme effilée de la cabine et du capot, en se débrouillant pour se ré-évaser sur la jupe, voir revenir sur les bas de caisse, comme très souvent sur les schémas de peinture gulf.
Le orange semble un peu large .
