This years "christmas challenge" was to build the AMT 1970½ Chevy Camaro in 5 weeks. Using whats in the box, plastic card and evergreen profiles. We were also allowed to use other wheels and engine but any other part had to made from scratch.
I used Pegasus Lowrider wheels and an old inline Chevy 6 engine for my build. There's a scratchbuilt console from the rear seat to host a support for a DVD-screen. In the ceiling there's a scratchbuilt crystal chandalier made from 24 small pieces of stretched clear sprue. The glass-part of the roof was scratched along with a clear insert for the hood. I also scratched a "chromed chain steering wheel" and finally I redid the front and moved the parking lights to sit below the bumperettes.
Paint came out really bad due to lack of time, but looks pretty good from a 5 meters distance ! What looks like "dust" is actually red, green and gold flake which really sparks in the sun!

To be honest, I'm not a massive lowrider fan but there is a lot of work in this project. Respect
